My Journey

More than a gym page.

My name is Carlos, and I am currently a second-year pharmacy student with a passion for fitness, health, and faith. I started my fitness journey two years ago, and through that process I learned that discipline is not just built in the gym — it carries into every area of life.

Fitness has helped me grow physically, mentally, and spiritually. It has taught me consistency, patience, confidence, and the importance of taking care of the body God has given me.

Through Forged in Purpose, my goal is to help others improve their health, reach their fitness goals, and become stronger in more than just their body. I want to help people grow physically through training, mentally through discipline, and spiritually through faith.
